Bad service, out of stock without notice

I have ordered a printer on the 5th of May expecting delivery on the latest of 7 May as I have paid via EFT and they've said on the website that deliveries might be a bit delayed. On the 8th of May I emailed and ask when I will be expecting delivery as well as on the 11h of May and untill today haven't received any feedback although an automated response said that they will reply within 24 hours. I have called twice in the meantime as well and got cut of after holding on for 5min. The 3rd time calling an agent answered and answered on my query saying that they are out of stock that is why I haven't received my order yet. He said that he will follow up and come back to me this morning but still haven't heard from him. I am very disappointed in their service especially for them not saying on their website that they don't have stock of my order.
