BAD SERVICE FROM Hp online

I 've been ordering ink cartridges from Hp online for some years. I've made them a benificiary 9n my bank app and always paid to the bank account they sup**** to me. On the 8 Novemver 2022. I was onformed by them that delivery will be within 2-4 days. A week later they informed me by email the the parcel was with the courier, which turned out to be a total misleading lie, and I was then told that I've paid the money into the wrong account, which is nonsense, because it was the same account, I've used previously. I requested a refund with no success
