Bad customer service from HP Online

I have ordered printer ink online, with the expectation that it would be delivered within 1 - 3 working days (as per their delivery policy). It is now been 2 weeks and no delivery has been made. The new ETA is 17 October. Who knows if they will keep to that deadline? No attempt to assist in getting the ink earlier has been made.

Do not buy anything online, they do not adhere to their delivery policy!
