AVOID AN HP LAPTOP OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM HP. THEY ARE A DISGRACE

If I could rate this company any lower than ZERO I would. I bought an HP Touchscreen Convertible laptop from Incredible Connection, who cannot help, because HP cannot provide any spares. They claim a replacement screen is a Restricted Item. This is disgraceful and speaks volumes about what this company thinks of their customers. Their parts agent, Parts Serve, is a disgrace, who cannot answer an intelligent question. In addition, I cannot understand how a reputable organisation like Incredible Connection can sell HP's obsolete ******* without service backup.
