15 days and counting!!! Selling products they do not have

Bought a laptop advertised "In stock" as it is urgently required for a student writing exams. 5 days later Ntlahla notified me they do not have the laptop in stock. Offered another laptop where I had to pay an additional R2000. Waited another whole week, where after I only receive notification of courier after I insist on a refund! Now another week later, still no laptop, still no refund, nor do they answer their phone. Was kept online for nearly 6 minutes and then they cut you off (I have this on video). This woman has NO idea about customer service and is hugely detrimental to the brand HP.
