Nothing but Pathetic !!

Nothing but Pathetic!!

I phoned them to ensure they do have stock of the exact laptop I was looking for!! After they've confirmed they do have in store and that they'll keep one aside I drove all the way to Menlyn just for them to tell me it was a system error, and they don't have!!

THEN AFTER THAT I phoned clear water HP Store just over an hour drive, after they've confirmed they have and even said they have "8" in stock of the exact model OF WHICH I CONFIRMED ALL THE SPECS WITH OVER THE PHONE!!

I drive all the way just for them to say they don't have they didn't look properly!!!!!!!!

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE HOW ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT EVEN ABLE TO SEE IF THERE IS ANY PHYSICAL PRODUCTS !! BIGGEST WASTE OF MY LIFE !
