HP Store Clear Water Mall Branch Manager - TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible service at the HP Clear Water Mall branch. The branch manager does not return phone calls or emails. Have attempted on numerous occasions to get into contact with them to try and resolve an issue with a new laptop's keyboard peeling, but I am ignored constantly - been trying to resolve this issue since December. The Clear Water Mall Branch Manager needs to be replaced with a customer friendly manager, the current branch manager is making HP lose business. Not good for the brand at all. Buy another product rather - the after sales service is really shocking. Once they have your money you are just a number and no one assists you afterwards.
