Rude unprofessional service

Lady called Michelle Blignaut answered phone. Extremely rude and arrogant. Wanted to get quote for lodge yearly inspection needed for insurance purposes. We have 5 International lodges with high profile clients. How can someone this inprofessional work with clients at all. She is extremely rude.
