Terrible Supplier

Estelle Hoy is the contact person on BidorBuy that is giving herself a 5 rating below. I bought 2 washing racks from her on BidorBuy, received them 1 = factory fault and damaged 1 = broken and damaged. After giving me the run around for her to collect it from me with a list of instructions for me to do, I demanded a refund. Courier fetched it and I even sent her photo's of the way bill and a photo of the stock in the courier bakkie. After this she was GONE!!! I indeed did receive my refund and rated her on BidorBuy (not happy) she wrote this about me that the public cannot see "Very rude customer. No common sense. Refunded customer in full but still wants us to communicate about return. For what!! Dnt buy from us again!!" I will feel ashamed to talk to customers like this Estelle. Keep your communication going and let your people know about refunds and don't disappear. But to talk to somebody like this is unacceptable.
