My experience at Hoyo Hoyo Acorn Lodge was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and hospitality stood out. The team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and their professionalism and warmth made a lasting impression. A special mention to Tsakani, who was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. After we experienced challenges with alternative accommodation, she stepped in without hesitation and ensured we had a place to stay. That level of trust and care is rare and deeply appreciated. The lodge itself is well-maintained, with spacious and clean accommodation that provides a relaxing and comfortable environment. It is clear that attention to detail and guest experience are a priority. Despite some access challenges in the area, the overall experience at Hoyo Hoyo Acorn Lodge more than made up for it. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality accommodation and outstanding service. I would not hesitate to return.
