Classic bait and switch

bait and switch. we ordered the Mecer 1000W inverter for R13913. they sent us a KOOL KL1000W valued at R11800. I contacted them and the response was "no stock of the Mecer so I thought you would like me taking the initiative and substituting it." no mention of value different or money sent back. also the KOOL does not have the warranty, guarantee, or reputation and presence in South Africa that Mecer does. only reason i put one more star than i should have is because they actually answer the phone and the emails. this store is the online store of Softech Digital in Port Elizabeth Greenacres shopping centre.
