Decent for quick fixes, but hit or miss

Used Howly for a quick tech glitch with my smart speaker. The response was super fast, which was awesome for a quick fix. But when things got a bit more complicated, the AI felt a bit limited and repetitive. It's great for simple stuff, but I really missed that human touch for the trickier parts. Good service overall, just needs a bit more nuance for complex problems!
