Worst Company, with worst customer service

Horrible customer service. Requested for a refund and I got promised I would receive it. Then got told I need to speak to the event organiser as I only requested refund for 1 ticket and not all of them but I spoke to two agents who reassured me I had requested for all of them. Horrible email etiquette as well. Super rude responses
