Wonderland festival South Africa 2020

Good day I booked tickets for the Wonderland festival South Africa 2020, for my son's 17the Birthday. So covid happen, and they told us that they going to postphone the event, today 08/10/2022 still no event. I send alot of emails to Howler, and after 2 weeks they told me that I need to contact the event organiser, they said no refunds, but now is my son 19, and he can't go in if they have a new date. I beg them to please refund me, because my son and his friend is now to old. But with no luck. I got a mail back yesterday with the following. Please note that we are awaiting feedback from the event organisers on how to proceed with this event. When the event was postponed in 2020, the organisers informed us that there would be a new event and that no refunds will be allowed. So we therefore cannot process refunds without their go ahead.

I urge you to please try contact the event organisers via social media to determine what is happening with this event and whether or not they will allow refunds.
