What a Howler of a Liefde by die Dam Concert 2019
Why is there no minus rating option - you guys are the worst! Forced to use Howler at Liefde by die Dam 2019 concert. I had to pay cash to put money on the stupid howler tag. After the event I tried to claim back the cash that was left on the tag, at the howler stand, but was told they cannot provide a cash refund. Wow you use cash to put money on but can’t receive cash back....? How does that work? Now you have to claim this money back online. The worse part is I have to register and provide all my details - ID, phone number, email etc. before you can cash out. They even charge a R5 admin fee for something I didn’t want to use in the first place. But wait, I cannot register my bank account because according to them it is not a valid bank account. An account I have been using for 7 years already. Way convenient for them right? This is such a sneaky company can’t believe anyone actually uses them. How many R5 have they ****** just from this one event...? Thanks Jacaranda for the worst experience ever - will,surely boycott any event you and/or Howler promotes from now on....

Now you force me to register on your site, where I have to provide all my personal details, just to receive a pay out. Oh wait and then You still take R5 ‘admin’ fees - all this for a service I did not want to use in the first place.
