What a HOWLER experience!!!

What a terrifying yet grateful first experience.

It was my very first time booking a ticket on any website, webtickets was full and howler popped up. Assuming that it was the exact event I wanted to go to I booked tickets and paid for it only to discover it was in a different region.

I panickly emailed, and called the next day asking them to assist me. Babalwa who was my call center agent kindly assisted me and instructed me as to what to do in order to get my refund back.

I could have been lying but he trusted me and today I got my refund back with 2/3 days.

Service was amazing and the stayed in touch indicating that they were working on getting the problem solved. There was no awkward silence where I needed to send 50 emails to get a single response.

The app is also very convenient and easy to use!
