What a con
What a *******, we went to the James concert and were forced to buy a card. Stood in a queue for 45 minutes ans till had not got anywhere near the bar when James started playing. We therefore abandoned the queue and went to listen to the music. When we went back to the Howler stand they said that we could no get a refund at the venue but would have to do it online. Now they tell me that there is a deadline. This is nothing but a ripoff, they have ****** the money that I was forced to load onto the card.
