Unable to Cashout!!

I want to Cashout my funds left on the Howler card, but website is not working as it should! I can't Cashout and I want my money back!!

I just contacted the call center and was told to email a screenshot of my problem to ***, which I did. I am not the only person experiencing this problem it seems...
