Ticket refund - Its Personal Picnic

I purchased tickets for Its personal 1 March 2025. The organiser cancelled the event due to bad weather and placed a press release on their Instagram page saying that ticket holders are eligible for a full refund or entry to their next event. Since there has been no next event as promised I requested a refund this week. They said the refund period is closed. Howler has refused to assist me further to help me recover my funds and it seems my money has been lost. This is ******* and against the consumer protection act. I would like immediate assistance here from Howler and the event organizers.
