Ticket downloads and transfers

I have been delighted at how easy it was to resolve issues with Howler via email.

Their site is a disaster but their customer service on the other end of email is absolutely fantastic!

I recently had an issue whereby I couldn't download my tickets via their site. I sent an email and was pleasantly surprised to have had the entire issue resolved and all tickets emailed to me shortly after my first email.

It so happened that I needed one of the tickets transferred to a friend...and again...very pleasantly surprised, it was done effortlessly and without me having to give too many reasons or explanations.
