The Howler.co.za ****

Feel like I have been ****med. You load money on these Howler cards at events and they say that you can then be reimbursed a week or so later. Firstly, I am sure most people forget to cash out and Howler.co.za then just pocket that money and make a ****ing from that. Secondly, the process to cash out is made really difficult when you try to cash out. No link to cash out on their homepage and you have to first create an account. Why on earth would I need to create an account just to cash out my money and why is there not an option to cash out without creating an account? This is a serious **** and should really be looked into.
