The Biggest Heist in the Entertainment Industry

I purchased tickets for the 2020 event in Durban, which was unfortunately canceled due to Covid-19 restrictions. At the time, I contacted you to request a refund, but my request was declined. Instead, I was informed that my tickets would remain valid for the next event in any city.

Since then, I have not received any updates from the event organizers regarding upcoming events, and I have been unable to get a response from Howler or any of your team when following up via email. I have paid a significant amount of money for this event, and it is becoming increasingly frustrating that I have not been given any clarity on how to proceed.

Given the lack of communication and the considerable amount of time that has passed, I kindly request a refund for my tickets, as it seems the event may no longer be forthcoming.

I would appreciate if you give us our money back.
