Terrible system, service, and business.

Since my post got ignored on Facebook, I thought it good to complain here.

I don't see how it's fair to be forced to use this service at events, stand in a long queue to get an awful service by no choice of your own. You have to buy a card (from this service you didn't ask for) then once the event is done and dusted, you HAVE to register for a complicated cash out system within 30 days or risk losing the funds on said card (the one you had to buy, but didn't ask for).

Oh but the kicker, they charge an admin fee to cash YOUR funds out. This service should be *******. If it's my choice to use the service, fair enough. But there is no other option to buy stuff at the event. Use their (****) cashless service or stay hungry and thirsty. I believe there is a word for situations like that...

This is ********** and bull****. It's not like the cashless service was any better, quicker or more convenient than using cash or debit cards. The terrible rating on Hellopeter is no accident.

You ought to hang your head in shame you greedy *******s. Hope this business fails terribly.
