Terrible!!!’

I still have not received my cash out from the DStv delicious festival, I’m getting back to back emails saying that the request is failing on their side. I am not sure why it didn’t fail when I was topping up. I want my cash out back, it’s been 2weeks and they are not doing anything to help.

They reply to emails after 2 days.
