Telephone staff at howler

Bought 5 BMW M Fest tickets , one could not be retrieved off of the website had to call them and dealt with the rudest most *********** person , yet spoke to me like I was an idiot. No help at all, most impatient person ever. Howler needs to change their system and make it more user friendly and employ better staff.
