Still waiting for Christmas in July refund!
After the whole Christmas in July rip-off, I voiced my complaint to Howler directly who promptly responded that I would be refunded. This happened on the 1st of August already and I am still waiting for my refund. Makes you wonder if they were really unaware that the whole Christmas in July was a **** if they were in on the rip-off of the year!!!

There was a general delay in effecting all refunds for the Christmas in July due to the capacity of customer that had to refund.
