Refund is impossible - their form validation ignores two valid Standard Bank accounts. I'm sure I'm not the first person that wants a cashout on a SB account. The whole business is based on unclaimed cashouts. Embarrassing. To avoid events where they are a part of.

They have a drop down with the major South African banks...
Although you select them, they don't want your specific branch code - they want the "univeral branch code".
Not sure why they don't pre-complete it.
For standard bank, the branch code will always be "051001".
Poor UX or malice?
