Would give 0 stars if I could.

Purchased 4 x elrow town tickets for over £350. We got assigned the tickets from another seller. Elrow has been cancelled a week before the event. We have tried to request refunds but they go to the original purchaser not the people who the tickets are assigned to and we have no way of contacting the people we originally purchased from.
