********** at events by cashless vendors

<p>so I've been to two events recently, bott used the service provided by howler.co.za, which provides cashless services.</p> <p>after being told several conflicting things by the people at the concert, the website, and the support email account that they have online, the final result is that I have now been ********** as they refuse to refund my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS IS A RIP-OFF. To big concerts and everyone else using these services, know that I will avoid events using these ******* artists and I will do my best to encourage everyone I know to do the same.</p> <p> </p>
