Rejected refund with upgraded refund service

Terrible service I bought two tickets to Parklive Festival and I was not able to attend. I then requested a refund two week before the event and it was rejected given that I paid for the upgraded refund service in case I needed it.

Do not buy tickets unless you’re certain you’re going and don’t buy the upgraded refund what a waste of money too.
