Refusing payout
I have been waiting for a payout since December last year. They happily swiped my card at an even and now suddenly cannot refund it into the same bank. At no point when loading my card with the bank's name clearly visible on the card was I informed this would be a problem. It is a South African bank and they simply refuse to make a plan for a refund and prefer to **** me, and evidently others, out of our refunds. Client service is appalling!
