Refunding solutions

With online financial services generally being a weary experience I must applaud the Howler team for being so efficient in their very core business, online transacting. I bought ticket twice for the same event and with the second purchase (wanting to spoil my friends with some birthday tickets) I accidentally bought for the wrong date. Thabo was very quick to respond to my query and within minutes he offered a solution to refund the tickets if I promised to buy the same amount of tickets for the intended date. Although I lost some money due to my own stupidity, the Howler team effetely help me gain tickets for me and all my friends for the same day to the International TEQUILA Festival, while loosing a lot less money than I would have on other platforms.
