Refund request

I purchased tickets for Gin festival in Cape Town for 5th of August however with taxi strike and ubers being vandalized, there was no means of transport. So I had to request for a refund, I paid R220 for the ticket and I obviously wanted to go, due to circumstances didn't make it. So the refunding R55 due to refund terms and conditions cost of living is so high, I had no control over the situation. I'm very unhappy and I will never recommend anyone to purchase from howler.
