Refund not honoured

I have asked for a refund on a Delicious fest ticket when 50% rate app****.... Eventually they got back to me and assured me that I'll get my 50% refund. Upon processing they only paid me 25%. When I asked them to correct they are telling me stories of a ticket being scanned. How does a cancelled ticket get scanned? :(
