RAGE NO REFUNDS RIDICULOUS!!!!
My son booked tickets for Rage Ballito Festival and now we are told that no refunds he never even attended these guys are ******* as they can take your money and not even give you anything for it, we need to all stand up against these ******!!!!

We as Howler are the ticketing provider and payment processor to all events listed on our platform. The terms and conditions of each event are determined by the event organiser and not by Howler. All ticketing funds are paid over to the event organiser, and therefore all refund disputes should be taken up with the event organiser directly.
Ballito Rage Festival has sent a statement directly to all Passport holders on Friday 10 December 2021. This email outlines the policies and why it was not possible to process refunds to all Passport holders. We hope that you can review this statement and understand the position of the organisers in this case.
