Quick friendly service

So I bought tickets for Comic Con Africa - entrance on Saturday and Photo op on Friday. Yes I know how did I do that? I still have no idea. I emailed Howler the next day and they started helping me immediately. I thought I was in so much trouble, but they sorted it all out. I bought a new ticket for the photo op for Saturday and they refunded me for the wrong ticket. It was so quick and simple and friendly service all the way. Thanx to Deneo M and to Naura D for all your help. You guys rock.
