Poor Service in refunding money

Howler is owing us a refund from an event we attended for New Years 2020 with them. It is almost the end of February now and our refund money has still not been returned to us. We have followed up countless times on this and each time a new excuse is given. This is so unprofessional and wrong just return our damn refund to us!
