Pointless-Useless-Unprofessional

This the most pointless system I have come across.

There are huge security flaws which ALL our South African banks already sorted out.

The managers are nonchalant about any of this. Their only concern is that howler makes money. It is LITERALLY a middle man. Your cashless debit/credit cards do exactly what howler does without the need of having to spend more money.

Howler takes a fee off all of the venders profits which our banks wouldn't do. There is no need for this system and I would avoid all events that use it.

On top of all this, I find it highly unprofessional that the manager would laugh in the customers face when explaining their concerns.
