Over charged

Its a great idea however very flawed.

I was at the ultra cpt 2020 event whereby i was charged twice for hotchips.

I understand you guys offer only the services, which is very great but as ive mentioned, i was over charged and i couldnt even see at the point and it can only be raised after the fact.

Maybe try adding on screen receipts or printed.
