Not a consumer friendly alternative

It is not a **** or anything that I have experienced yet. The cash out process has however always been an issue. You have to wait an x amount of days to be able to cash out and then you only have 30 days to cash out. One event that I attended was more than two weeks ago and have the cash out process still not opened. I have to now weekly log in and send emails to ensure that my money gets paid back and that I don't miss the cut-off date. It is in any event a card that you tap which is a functionality that is available by all the banks and their cellphone apps as well. You can't reuse a card either so it is just further plastic waste. I don't see the point of using this system / payment process at events.
