No cancellation notification!!!

Purchased tickets for the Gin festival in Sandton. I didn’t get any notifications or emails that the event got cancelled. I only found out when we arrived and asked the lady at the information desk. We took an Uber all the way from Fourways for this event. I better get a refund for the tickets and I will be claiming my Uber fees
