Never attending an event using Howler again!
Probably the most ridiculous way payment I've ever used! Pay for a card and then pay to cash out! The cash out is also only available a week later. Terrible! Would never attend an event that uses this service again!

We’re really sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service. We appreciate the feedback. We are continuously trying our best to make improvements to our services. We know that the use of cards for our cashless system is not the best experience and so we try to enforce the use of wristbands at all events. However some organisers choose to use cards instead. The fees charged are to cover the bank charges involved in making online cashouts possible and we are looking into how we structure this moving forward.
