re the Michaelhouse old boys event, Most of my age group (70+) found it impossible to buy a Howler online ticket without young help, and loading cash was out of the question - too complicated. Just FYI. When I bought a ticket it did not arrive properly by email and I had to message Howler to sort it out, which they did. Extra urgh$%^& factor there. Cash back seems to be working ok so far, but 14 day wait is long, hey?!

We realise that the demographic for this event had some challenges with the product which is driving us to make the process even more seamless and intuitive, even to those who are not digital natives.

It should not take 14 days for your cashout to reflect. We will look into this and try to improve our cashout timing for the future.
