I purchased tickets for the BMW M fest a while back however I never received them and purchased more under the "promise" that I would get a refund instead I never got them despite showing proof of payment instead they want me to go to my bank who are going to do a recall costing R360 to get back R370 that Howler basically stole from me and tried covering up plus there's plenty glitches on your websites I am very furious thank you howler for robbing from me and wasting my precious time lucky for you guys I haven't had much time to look into the case and possibly get lawyers as your unreliable sites leak other people's personal information and as I said you stole R370 from me I told some BMW representative never hire you guys and they responded with" go to the consumer ombudsman and see how fast they will give me back my refund." Don't worry that's coming shortly
