Really impressed with their customer service. I wasn't aware that you had to keep your bands after the event. And I thought getting the UID numbers would be a nightmare. But to my surprise, not only did they call me back on a Sunday But also resolved the issue within no time. It's very rare that companies value customer service on this level, and just because of this, I'll definitely be back for more!!! '
