Lost tickets and no help

After purchasing tickets and transferring them to the incorrect email. Howler has messed me around more times than I can count. After multiple emails and over 10 calls , All my tickets have been transferred to the incorrect email and can’t be accessed ! I am devastated at the lack of help I have received, the people who are responding to the emails are not reading what needs to be done and the phone calls often get heard but nothing gets done. My tickets were expensive and now I’m not even excited for my event but anxious if I will even get to go ! Help !
