Left over money wont be returned
I attended a concert and want to cash out on the card. You only have 30 days to cash out(hmmmm!) - I emailed asking for assistance and the team advised the funds would reflect to cash out after 24 hours after the concert(hmmm again). I have tried to call the number provided on the email (no answer when they say their offices are meant to be open) emailed again no response. So frustrating, I would never recommend anyone to load money onto these cards.

We can confirm that your card was paired therefore you were unable to cash out. After many attempts to contact you we finally got through and was able to resolve the issue by unpairing your card.
