Its not advisable to pay using your card.....learn from me

If I could give them negative stars, trust me I would!!

We went to DSTV delicious last year September (2022), I paid using my card (swiped), we had a refund due and was told we would receive it later in the month.

A month later (October) there was a whole R1000 deducted from my account (Lord knows how they got my banking details), I wrote them an email that same month, I was told they will be escalating the matter to management/ finance department.

It has been three months later and I still haven't received my refund let alone had feed back from them.

FNB tells me it seems like there was an "online purchase" and advised me to cancel the card and get a new one to avoid this thing from happening again from the same people.

To say I am upset is an understatement.
