*****ing from your Customers!!!!

The Corona sunsets festival was cancelled and I requested a refund because I knew I would not be in the country at the time of the rescheduled Festival. I have been asking for a refund since April 2024 and been in contact with an agent called Kedibone. I have made it clear that I will not be in South Africa to attend the new scheduled date and have requested a refund several times. Now they have the audacity to only offer me 25% of my money back. This is shameful and should be considered *****ing from your customers. I dont think I would ever recommend these events to anyone again.
