Infringement of Human Rights

<p>I recently attended a event at a nightclub whereby Howler cards were used instead on cash.</p> <p>I then proceeded to load money on my card and enjoy my evening R500 to be exact. </p> <p>Shortly after that I purchased a couple rounds of drinks namingly two rounds, was told that I had nothing left on my card. </p> <p>Then went and loaded another R500 on my card and bought another round consisting of 2 beers and was told that round cost R200. </p> <p>I went and check with the staff from howler to find out that I had been charged for 7 drinks instead of the 2. </p> <p>When I was leaving I wanted to cash out my card and told I was not allowed to, no reason given. </p> <p>This practise totally goes against the consumer protection act. I woul like to know why they go around cheating people out of their hard earned money! </p>
